About UsWestern Plains Business Forms had it's beginning from a clearly defined focus - to win and keep customers profitably - that remains the focus today. The business started with two employees. The initial start up location was in Mitchell, Nebraska on July 20, 1990. As Western Plains Business Forms grew, the business experienced "growth pains" called learning opportunities. Challenged by these opportunities the owners to the approach to define roles by tasks and evaluate what was important and how well the jobs are performed - the measuring device being satisfied customers, retention of customers and addition of new customers. Strategic choices made by Western Plains Business Forms over the last fourteen years have been spearheaded by President Eugene Batt. August of 1997, the company moved to Scottsbluff, Nebraska and enjoys the continued increase in market share by providing the very best in service. In the year 2000, the added an office supply company along with selling and servicing copiers. At that time, the name was changed to Western Plains Business Solutions.
