Technical Service:

• 3 technical service representatives
• 6 certified technicians (1 A+ Certified and Cisco Certified)
• Our technicians are certified on every machine we sell
• Copier technical service representatives are available for on site staff training and technical assistance

    Our Pledge to Copystar Customers

Calls for service:

     A technician will be dispatched to your location upon receipt of call.  We guarantee to be on site within four (4) working hours.  (working hours means 8-5 Monday - Friday).  Technicians are available on week-ends when special prior arrangements have been made.  If we fail to be at your location within the four (4) hours time frame, we will give you a case of paper.  Our average response time is 30 minutes (plus driving time).

Repairs beyond same day:

     If your machine cannot be repaired while technicians are there that da, technicians carry a small copier with them, and are authorized to leave the machine with you until the repairs are completed.  If you have a job too large for the loaner copier, we can process the job at our high speed cop center at no cost.

Most service / maintenance agreements include:

     Parts, labor, toner and travel expense.  It does not include staples or paper.  Prices for maintenance are guaranteed level for term of lease.
