Official Rules:

 

All of the top quality off lease multifunction machines being offered have been under our maintenance and service plan. Our goal is to have the recipeints experience the unique quality of our "Quicker Than A Wink" copier service.

  1. All applications will be reviewed and considered by a group of community leaders.
  2. All applications will be considered within our service area. Our service area consists of the four corners of Denver, Colorado to Imperial, Nebraska to Upton, Wyoming to Gordon, Nebraska.
  3. All machines will have available to the recipients a full-service maintenance package. This is based on actual copy counts read monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually with no minimums, no maximums, no base fees or charges, so what you use is exactly what you are billed for.
  4. Base maintenance fees will begin at $0.015 (one and half cents per copy on black copies). This includes all parts, labor, travel, mileage and supplies, and preventative maintenance. Does not include paper or staples. Example you make 900 copies per month (10,212 copies per year) the maintenance agreement would cost you $40.50 per quarter or $153.18 per year.
  5. All machines have control options and permission options that can be set to the recipient’s specifications.
  6. Western Plains Inc. will deliver and set up all awarded machines. Delivery schedules will be coordinated with recipient and Western Plains Inc. Western Plains Inc. will not be responsible for machine if delivery is done by a third party, should the machine become damaged by the recipient or third party while delivering the machine, Western Plains Inc. will not apply the maintenance plan until such repairs are made. The cost of those repairs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  7. All machines can be used as either primary or secondary units.
  8. If after you have the machine and you feel you have benefited from our giveaway, we suggest a donation in any amount, to the Regional West Foundation and please reference "The Great Copier Giveaway".
  9. A fee of $1.00 (one dollar) will be charged for each awarded machine.
